Whitley Family Dental Membership
For patients who are tired of dealing with dental benefits premiums, deductibles, frequency limits, out-of-pocket annual maximums, or deductions from your paycheck, our practice offers a dental membership.
The WFD Dental Membership has 3 levels: individual, couples, and family. This membership is NOT insurance and cannot be combined with any other benefits, offers, or discounts. Please give us a call if you want to learn more about saving money on your dental treatment.
Dental Benefits Plans
As a courtesy to all our patients who have PPO dental benefits, we will file your claims electronically and work with your dental benefits provider to maximize your benefits. We do not accept HMO/DHMO, Medicare, or Medicaid plans.
If you have a change in your dental benefits provider or a change in benefits coverage, please call our office at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can update your records to ensure you receive the correct dental benefits. Our staff is always available to help educate and assist with all the dental benefits industry nuances.
